2010 Food, Farm, Film and Wine Festival

Todd Sheets of Hutman Media shot footage of our activities on Saturday, August 14.  We compiled several of his clips into a video - the final product is ours, not Todd's.

We have highlighted Dava Parr, of Fresh & Wyld fame, along with Chef Jim Butchart, Aspen's Ajax Tavern (among others).  In several clips Chef Butchart explains the ingredients and techniques he used at Dava's Farmhouse Inn.  The video is just under 11 minutes, sit back and enjoy.  Music provided by Acoustic Alchemy.

Culinary School of the Rockies

Todd Sheets of Hutman Media created 2 videos of the Boulder Colorado's CSR students who came out to the North Fork Valley in September 2010.  These are good representations of the Valley's agriculture and the School's Farm to Table Program.

CSR is now the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts - Boulder.  The Farm to Table effort continued in 2011.  To see some photos of the students' experiences, go to Jim Brett's work-in-progress web site.
