Bread Sales at Small Potatoes Farm

Taking advantage of the recently passed Cottage Foods Act, Monica Wiitanen and Yohann Gasparach fired the brick oven and baked wonderful bread.  They were able to sell the bread as an add-on for their CSA customers and everyone else.
